Afternoon run around the neighborhood and campus. Uphills are still really hard for me, but flat areas and downhills are starting to feel okay. Near the end I started going a little bit faster and it even felt like running instead of trotting.

The right ankle still felt a tiny bit funny at times, but definitely did not hurt. I'm hoping it isstill getting better. The left arch felt fine, and actually I don't even remember it hurning this morning. Maybe that's just because I'm old and forgetful, but hopefully it is because it is healing!
