Late morning treadmill with Nate. I started at 7.7km and increased every six minutes like I have been. I also extended the run to 7km for the first time this year, so it was faster and farther than I've gone so far this year. My weight is down around 180lbs now, so I'm hoping as I continue to get lighter I'll really be able to keep increasing my speed and stamina.
Nate beat me pretty good running 8km to my seven at an average spped around 8.5 to my 8.0 and an incline of 1.5 to my 1.0. But he doesn't have any intention of losing weight like I do, so I'm hoping I might have a chance of catching him. We'll see. For now I just have to keep training hard.
