The last two days of running after about a week of being a lazy bum made me very sore. Even my lower back / upper ass was site again which was a big surprise to me. I can't imagine I lost all the fitness I've gained the last four months in a week, so maybe the occasional week off is a trick to gaining more fitness?
In any case I decided to go short and fast today, do I cranked the treadmill up to 16.1km/h (6 minute miles) and did 2 km. I wish there were a track here to do my favorite workout. I think I'm about ready for it.
