Track workout during practice while the girls ran a long recovery run. I did 400 intervals at about 5:30 pace with 400 slow recover in between. The last interval was an 800.

I was pretty surprised how quickly my body learned that pace. I glanced at my watch at the 200 mark every time and it was like clockwork that it said 41 seconds.
