Evening run to Huron Avery and back. I was doing informal leg swings in the driveway beforehand, and swinging my left leg back made my knee hurt. Made me think stretching, rolling, other soft-tissue stuff really might help. Didn't hurt while running. There was weird plastic-smelling smoke lingering part way there. Did lots of leg-swings at the turn-around point.
