I wondered if you were ever going to start posting comments on here. Glad to see it happened ;-)
When I first realized that I would probably run a megameter this year, I thought it would be cool to do a gigameter, but it is a HUGE step up. To do a gigameter in a year would require over 2700km each day. So I don't think I could do it in a year.
But what about in a lifetime? Last year I ran 1.4 megameters, and this year will probably be about the same. I could reasonably step up to 2 megameters each year in the future. But even at that increased rate, it would take 500 years :(
But maybe a next step would be to run 10megameters in a year. That would be an intense year to be sure, but it is at least humanly possible. It would require 27 or 28 km each day, and that is less than a marathon. I'll stew that over for next year :)
So are you aiming for a
So is a gigameter your next goal?

Good job inspiring me!
Now if you can't find a way
Now if you can't find a way to run a gigameter in less than a lifetime, how can I find a way to spin faster than the speed of light?
